The program was open for all, but mainly catered to retiring UPD employees from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022. The webinar was also designed to help retiring employees who were having a hard time accomplishing the self-paced online pre-retirement orientation module. Thus, 2021 PROUD was the first hybrid program of the Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) last year.
